Dodds-Wylie Court is located at 720 W. Dodds St. and 739 W. Wylie St., southwest of Bloomington Hospital.  The twelve-unit complex is owned by Perry Township and managed by Area 10 to provide low- and middle-income seniors with a pleasant all-senior community in the heart of Bloomington.  

Dodds-Wylie was completely renovated in 2008.  All units are ADA compliant.  Each two-bedroom apartment has gas heat and hot water, central air, a full-size stove/oven and refrigerator/freezer.  All Dodds-Wylie units are on the ground floor and share a patio with one neighbor.  

A live-in manager is available to Dodds-Wylie tenants 24 hours a day.  

The apartments are just a block from Bloomington Transit, Community Kitchen, shopping, medical facilities and entertainment.
