INDIVIDUAL FITNESS WORKOUTS – Free with Membership
Monday through Friday: 8:00 am to 4:00 pm
Members have access to the use of free weights, exercise bands, balls and other strength machines.
Cardio workout options include treadmills, elliptical machines, recumbent bikes and a row machine.
