Individual Fitness Workouts

An event every week that begins at 8:00am on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, repeating until Mar 30, 2018
Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 4:00 pm
Members have access to the use of free weights, exercise bands, balls and other strength machines.
Cardio work out options such as treadmills, elliptical machines, recumbent bikes and a row machine. All new members interested in using the exercise equipment must go through an individual fitness orientation. The orientation is a review of medical history, current limitations on physical activity and fitness level. A personal exercise routine will be recommended.
