Cost: $5.00 for members and $20 for non-members

Instructor: Kris Campbell

Join Kris Campbell in learning the importance of exercise for your health and well-being and how to set up a basic exercise program for yourself. You will receive guidance on goal setting, progression, motivation, and problem-solving, along with learning recommended guidelines for improving overall fitness, including:

  • Cardiorespiratory health
  • Strength
  • Flexibility

Kris Campbell, Health and  Wellness Coordinator, of Endwright Center has an MA in exercise physiology and more than 30 years of working experience in the fitness and wellness fields.
