Balance Exercises You Can Do At Home

Thursday, December 6th:  2pm to 3pm

Instructor: Kris Campbell

Balance can be improved upon in your own home by practicing certain exercises. Join this class to learn a basic routine that will help stabilize your balance and help you feel more confident. Kris Campbell will teach an exercise routine that will incorporate movements for muscle strength & flexibility which are both important to have for good balance. You will then continue on to learning more specific exercises to practice. Print materials will be provided to take home.

Kris Campbell, Health and  Wellness Coordinator, of Endwright Center has an MA in exercise physiology and more than 30 years of working experience in the fitness and wellness fields.
