Balance Exercise at Home
When: Tuesdays, February 19 and 26, 1:00-2:00pm. Cost $5.00 members and $20 non-members. Balance can be improved upon in your own home by practicing certain exercises. Join this class to learn a basic routine that will help stabilize your balance and help you feel more confident. Kris Campbell will teach an exercise routine that will incorporate movements for muscle strength and flexibility which are both important to have for good balance.
