Balance can be improved upon in your own home by practicing certain exercises. Join this class to learn a basic routine that will help stabilize your balance and help you feel more confident. Kris Campbell will teach an exercise routine that will incorporate movements for muscle strength & flexibility, which are both important to have for good balance. You will then continue on to learning more specific exercises to practice. Printed materials will be provided to take home.
