211 Information and Referral Service

Area 10 Agency on Aging in partnership with the United Way of Monroe County and Smithville Telephone have developed 2-1-1 Infolink, an Information & Referral Call Center to serve Monroe and Owen County. 2-1-1 is the national abbreviated dialing code for access to health and human services information and referral (I&R). 2-1-1 is an easy-to-remember and universally recognizable number that connects individuals and families in need to community-based organizations and government agencies.
